The location isn't well signposted heading north on the A9!!! The thin walls made it easy to overhear other guests arguing, and the garden furniture could use a good tidy-up!!!

I encountered some issues during my stay at Delny Muir House. The lack of hot breakfast was particularly disappointing, as I had hoped for a cooked option. the walls were quite thin, allowing me to overhear conversations from adjacent rooms, which somewhat disrupted my peace. Lastly, I found the lighting at night insufficient. it was difficult to navigate the path to the entrance after dark.

The location of Delny Muir House Bed & Breakfast is fantastic, set off the A9 amidst beautiful countryside. My room was very comfortable and clean, with a lovely private bathroom. The flat-screen TV added nice entertainment for the evenings. I really enjoyed the continental breakfast, which included a great variety of pastries and fresh fruit. Peter and Rose, the hosts, were warm and accommodating, which made me feel welcome right away. One downside was the lighting at night near the entrance. I often had to rely on my phone's flashlight to see where I was walking. The thin walls also allowed sounds from neighboring rooms to be heard, which disrupted my peace a bit. Still, the serene setting and cozy accommodations made for a pleasant stay overall.
